Heat scallop shells at a high temperature of about 1000 degrees with a special manufacturing machine and change calcium to calcium oxide.
Calcium oxide itself has antibacterial activity, but it changes to calcium hydroxide of higher antibacterial degree by special water addition during the manufacturing process.
That is the antibacterial agent [Scallow].
[Scallow] is strongly alkaline and break down the bacteria≒12.6～13.2ph.
